Terms & Conditions

All prices advertised are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% and the currency used is Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any persons engaged in illegal activities involving the use of the "Cassie's Country Florist" website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Pictures are copy written by Interflora, Teleflora and Cassie's Country Florist. All alcoholic products can only be purchased with a flower order and the persons ordering and receiving the alcoholic products must be over the age of 18.

Returns & Refunds

The Team at Cassie's Country Florist prides themselves on offering their customers the best "value for money possible". While we ensure that only the freshest and highest quality flowers are used in each order, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable item that will react to its surrounding environment and weather conditions. Once we dispatch our flowers a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced.
