At Cassie's Country Florist we pride ourselves on the freshest quality products, with the owner of the business personally attending the flower market and hand picking only the best for her customers.
For this reason, if you believe that our flowers or service is not up to the standard it should be, we encourage you to contact us so we can begin to resolve the problem as soon as possible. So that resolutions may be made as quickly and effectively as possible we ask that your complaint be made within 48 hours of the flower delivery.
Where possible we ask that a photo be included with your complaint so we can see your concerns.
